Termoyopal is a gas processing facility selling multiple grades of NGL’s at market while providing the proper BTU value gas to a downstream gas turbine power plant. IMAGE CES was responsible for the facilities turnkey design, including integration of all packages and Instrumentation / Electrical work. The facility faced unique challenges in the technical complexity of the facility and the remote mountainous location.
IMAGE CES was able to place the facility on a terrace that was much smaller than originally planned and went through seven Client driven site revisions while maintaining the agreed upon delivery. All components were placed on concrete pre-cast foundations meaning all interconnect pipe must be exact. All materials are designed to be pre-fabricated for rapid installation with almost zero field welds. IMAGE CES completed this projects original scope in four months.
