The Client needed a compressor station built that would allow two different inlet pressures in the Marcellus shale. IMAGE CES was responsible for the integration of the facility and design of the compressors, interconnect pipe, dehydration system and filtration system. The facility was to be pre-fabricated for rapid installation and minimization of exposure during installation to field personnel. IMAGE CES redesigned the station three times due to location changes while maintaining the required delivery.
Adding to the complexity were the dual operating pressures of the inlet streams which required a thoughtful approach to the facilities design and operational goals. The design team was able to use each member to the fullest extent of his capabilities to overcome this challenge by leveraging EDGE 360. IMAGE CES was able to provide value through project experience and our proprietary design technology that ultimately enabled the flexibility and rapid change management required to bring this facility online.
