Due to the increased demand in sour gas processing capacity, the Client wanted a unique amine plant that was fully modular for ease of install and transport. Every component was to be pre-fabricated and install was not to exceed seven days. IMAGE CES had less than three months to design this plant to meet the expedited production schedule. IMAGE CES was able to stage release the components as they were completed in a “Just in Time” fashion to enhance the delivery of the package to the Client.
Due to the modular construction and layout, special consideration was taken in the structural design, meeting all shipping requirements as well as 125 MPH wind loads. IMAGE CES enabled all of the partners within the supply chain to execute the project in the expedited time frame required by the Client.
